Who We Are
Ten Eight is an independent Dutch-led multidisciplinary strategic design consultancy based in Dubai. Led by two Dutch founders, we bring over 18 years of interior design expertise, with projects delivered across five countries and a growing team of 14 specialists. We are recognized for our work in banking interiors and complex commercial environments.
Architecture Consultancy
Ten Eight delivers full architectural services — from feasibility and planning through to construction documentation and site oversight. Our architecture practice is demonstrated by our current commission of two residential towers and one commercial office tower in Iran, where we are leading architecture, interior design, and landscaping simultaneously.
